What hitch sizes do you make Firehitch plugs for?

At FireHitch.com we offer Firehitches to fit 1-1/4″ and 2″ receivers.

What is the overall size of the hitch?

Just over 4 1/4″ inches wide and they weigh approximately 1 lbs.

What kind of materials do you use?

T6 Billet Aluminium which is powder coated, and steel for the tube which is painted black. Our standard hitches come powder coated in your choice of Red or Black. Other colors may be custom ordered.

Is there a price break for quantity orders?

YES! We do offer price breaks on orders of 10 or more. Please call us at (408) 986-1567 for more information. You may also email us from the contact page.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes approximately 1-2 weeks for your order to be delivered using standard shipping.

How much is shipping & handling?

We charge a calculated rate for UPS ground shipping within the continental U.S.. Please let us know if you require expedited shipping, which will cost a little more.

Do you offer Wholesale pricing for customers who wish to order in bulk and sell their own custom hitches?

Yes. Any customer with a valid resale license may have Firehitch.com create a custom hitch plug (Minimum order of 25) which they can sell from their store or website for any price they wish. Returns & Exchanges

Although it rarely happens, should you receive your Firehitch with cosmetic defects or incorrect text due to a manufacturing error, please call us at (408) 986-1567 to explain. If the error is ours, we will gladly make you a new Firehitch or issue you a refund. (shipping charges are non-refundable)

If the incorrect text was entered when you designed your Firehitch, every effort to catch errors and confirm with the customer will be made by the Firehitch staff. Should an entry error slip by and the customer receives their Firehitch containing a text error, Firehitch.com will not be obligated to issue a refund or exchange for the item. So, please be sure to double check the text you enter on your Firehitch order.
